    • For other boards, please have a look at the schematics respectively


  • A serial terminal emulator (HyperTerminal or minicom, etc.) :
    Serial communication parameters 115200 8-N-1 :
    • Baud rate: 115200
    • Data:8 bits
    • Parity: None
    • Stop: 1 bit
    • Flow control: None

  • SAM-BA tool which can be downloaded from here
  • In case of debugging purpose, you also need ADB driver to connect your EK board to your PC through USB cable. For more information, see UsingAdb


We have two types of demo packages
  • All the stuffs (AT91bootstrap, Linux Kernel, Android file system) are in NAND flash
  • All the stuffs (AT91bootstrap, Linux Kernel, Android file system) are in SD card

NAND flash based

  • All binaries: AT91Bootstrap, LinuxKernel_old, AndroidRootFS.
  • A TCL/SAM-BA script that interfaces with the SAM-BA tool to flash the demo.
  • A .bat script which launches the TCL script to flash the EK board.

SD card based
