Description

Embedded Computer with Tinycore form-factor (36 x 41 mm), ATMEL AT91SAM9G20 @ 400MHz, 256MB NAND Flash (8bits), 64MB SDRAM (32bits @ 133MHz), USB Device, Serial DBGU, RTC & 2 Expansion Ports.
Same as TNY-A9G20-XXX but with Low Power mode Vcore = 1V0, Vmem = 1V8 & Vio = 1V8 or 3V3.
High Efficiency Switching Regulators (enpirion) with Shutdown / Wakeup management.Start with less than 100mA @5V.Industrial temperature range -40°C to +85°C
