Description

The AT91SAM7SE family is a Flash microcontroller with external memory bus based on the 32-bit ARM7TDMI RISC processor. It features embedded high-speed Flash with sector lock capabilities and a security bit. The external bus interface supports SDRAM and static memories including CompactFlash and ECC-enabled NAND Flash. The integrated proprietary SAM-BA Boot Assistant enables in-system programming of the embedded Flash.

SAM7SE interfacing 16Mbit NVRAM

Hello All,

 I going to interface AT91SAM7SE256-AU controller with 16MBit, NVRAM [x16]?

Do you forsee any issue here? Do i need to take any special care while schematic design?
