Description
The AT91SAM7A3 is a Flash microcontroller based on the 32-bit ARM7TDMI RISC processor optimized for embedded control. It features 256K bytes of embedded high-speed Flash and 32K bytes of SRAM.
Its extensive peripheral set includes two CAN 2.0B Controllers, 8-channel 20-bit PWM Controller, nine 16-bit general purpose Timers, 16-channel 10-bit ADCs, a USB 2.0 Full Speed Device Port, MCI, USARTs, SPI, SSC and TWI.
