Description

SAM9x25 - CM is a SODIMM-sized computer module based on Atmel 400MHz ARM926EJ-STM processor AT91SAM9x5 . The board include 128MiB DDR2 SDRAM, 256MiB NandFlash, 4MiB SPI Flash and 1024-bits one-wire EEPROM. SAM9x25 measures only 67x35 mm and provide all functional requirements for embedded and industrial applications. These functions include graphics, audio, mass storage, network and multiple serial and USB ports.

The board support WinCE, Linux and Android.
