| Description | SAM9x35-CM is equipped with 128MiB DDR2 SDRAM, 256MiB NandFlash, 4MiB SPI Flash and 1024-bits one-wire EEPROM. The CPU Module measures only 67x35 mm and provides all functional requirements for embedded and industrial applications. SAM9x35-CM supports WinCE, Linux and Android.
