SAM9M10

I am new to the SAM9M10 and ARM in general.  I have installed my IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM 6.20 and the AT91 ISP tool (SAM-BA, Version 2.10 for Windows).  Where do I go from here?  How do I begin to build or download a binary image into my board?

Regards,

jeffreyk59
