Description

The AT91SAM9G20 is a pin-compatible evolution of the AT91SAM9260, offering four times the cache and on-chip SRAM memory of its predecessor, and features improved error correction for external NAND Flash as well as an enlarged Ethernet FIFO that improves latency. Achieving half the power consumption at twice the clock frequency of the AT91SAM9260, it consumes only 80 mW in full-power mode with all peripherals turned on. The AT91SAM9G20 is targeted at power-constrained applications that also need high performance.

SAM9G20

The AT91SAM9G20 is excellent, here I would be pleased to introduce an new processor card which is based on the AT91SAM9G20, this tiny board can support the Linux2.6 and WinCE6.0 OS, and it provides a wide range of memories: 4MB DataFlash,256MB NandFlash,64KB EEPROM and 64MB SDRAM, you can find more information about it at: http://www.samicc.com/2010/0521/35.html.

SAM9G20 EMI test fails

I am designing a POS using SAM9G20. Now I met a EMI problem. The product failed to pass the CE EMI test. The fails point is 264MHZ and 396MHZ. 264MHZ is about two times of CLK frequency of SDRAM(NOW I add a 22ohm resistor as a source termination); while 396MHZ is CPU frequency. How to cope with the problem? Would you please show any advice to improve the EMI?

Now I try to use a bead to replace the resistor(22ohm) in the SDRAM CLK signal.

Need help for SAM9G20.cmm

I used AT91SAM9G20 design a  industrial board, but the board ran sometimes fly, do not know where thestuck program, the company has Trace32 debugger, but not the AT91SAM9G20.cmm document, with this document we will be able to load uboot detection system where the pose is dead, very much like to have this cmm document, please also give enlighten owner!
