Description
The AT91SAM9R64 is an ARM9-based microcontroller focused on applications that require sufficient on-chip memory for code execute-in-place. Its 64K byte internal SRAM attains single-cycle access at maximum clock speed. It also has an External Bus Interface for access to a wide range of off-chip memories.
The AT91SAM9R64 features a proprietary distributed DMA architecture to transfer large amounts of data with minimal processor overhead. Its extensive set of external interfaces, including 480 Mbits/sec USB 2.0 Device port, gives it the connectivity required for deeply embedded networked systems.
