Does anyone know of any documentation describing what it takes to get sound running with alsa on the at91sam9263ek board?
I'm doing the linux os from scratch using the 2.6.37 kernel. The kernel and mods are built and loading, but I need to know how to setup the rest of the sound configuration such as the alsa.conf or the asound.conf and the devices that are required etc.

thanks,

Creating an embedded linux based system is a time-consuming activity which requires appropriate skills and knowledge of the whole linux architecture in order to put all the required pieces together creating the final Operating System image.
In order to don't reinvent the wheel I'd suggest you to use a 'Linux distribution creation system' like Openembedded or our KaeilOS (based on OE).
