How to update the Machine ID in U-BOOT ? With out recompiling again.

What do you mean exactly?
Machine ID is into the kernel.
In any case you have to rebuild the sources.

I Got How to Change Machine ID in U-Boot env.

using machid 0xXXXX.

But can help me, How to mount Root file system using NFS ?
