While setting up the kernel using bitbake with the command

bitbake -c menuconfig linux-at91sam9x5ek

I got stuck by a number of warning and errors:
Gtk-WARNING
GLib-GIO-CRITICAL
GLib-CRITICAL
Pango-CRITICAL

anybody got something similar?

I was suggested the solution of adding TERMCMD = ${XTERM_TERMCMD} TERMCMDRUN = ${XTERM_TERMCMDRUN} in my local.conf at AskUbuntu.com but it doesn't work for me.

Thank you in advance!

Thanks to Stefano Ghidoni, we solved the problem ourselves, I post it here in case somebody needs it:

You need to roll back 2 packages (find those on the internet):

sudo dpkg -i gnome-terminal-data_2.32.1-0ubuntu3_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i gnome-terminal_2.32.1-0ubuntu3_amd64.deb

then install

libncurses5-dev

That's it
