hi
im new here so please help me
i want to desine a basic os for my device.
i made a device with a Graphical touch lcd and sim900 modual and at91sam7x.
its a kind of simple PDA.
now i have to make an os.there is my question:
does this micro support c++ or just c?????? im very good in c++.
how can i install JVM for java apps in my micro??????
please answer me

There are plenty of C++ compilers for ARM. The heavy reliance on dynamic allocation might be a problem.

Running Java might be fun on an ARM7, with things like JamVM running 200K or more, for Linux too you might want to look at something with a tad more horse power.

can u introduce me the best one??? and send me the download link ??
can i use keil for c++???
and do u have any idea about how to install JVM in my micro(AT91sam7X)????
what improvment(software or hardware) should i do for doing it???
as u can see my base os is under c++ coding - i want Jvm run as a part of my os to execute .jar and .jad files. is it possible?

Best is a subjective term. Green Hills is one of the most expensive, presumably because they think it is better.
