What is different is provided by Atmel kernel(binary) and the kernel(binary) I made?
I am using the AT91SAM9M10G45-EK board
I compared to the hex editor.
So, Provied Atmel's kernel and the kernel that I made was different.

When the kernel stops just after " ... done, booting the kernel" it can be related to the machine ID with is not the same between what is provided by your bootloader as an entry in "R2" register and the one that is awaited by the kernel.

Check that the value provided by your bootloader and the one selected by the entry in arch/arm/tools/mach-types is the same.

Best regards,
