I ran 9260_linux_demo on my evaluation board AT91SAM9260 and ended up getting kernel panic. I need to reload the Linux 2.16.18-rec4 OS. DOes anyone have the memory map for this EVAL board? Thanks,

By "my evaluation board", are you refering to the Atmel at91sam9260ek board? Have you looked at the Atmel documentation for the board?

BTW you do know that Linux uses the MMU to map virtual memory to physical memory, right? A "memory map for a board" could only give you address regions of physical memory.
