Hello,

I´m usinbg the AT91SAM9260EK with embedded Linux;

At the moment I´m using ther Kernel 2.6.15.

But now I want to update ther Kernel to 2.6.24. In this Kernel the devfs isn#t available.

What do I have to choose instaed of devfs -> I need a fast boot of the system.

Is udev the right solution ? or are there other possibilities ?

1.) udev

2.) mdev
