I can't mount NFS root filesystem, I have a debian root file system and running ProNFS v2.9 on Windows XP, linux kernel is in NAND, my environments from U-boot are below:
Code:
U-Boot> printenv
bootdelay=3
baudrate=115200
bootcmd= nand read 0x21500000 0x00100000 0x001A2828; bootm 0x21500000
ethaddr=01:02:03:04:05:06
ipaddr=10.10.10.80
serverip=10.10.10.201
bootargs=mem=64M console=ttyS0,115200 root=/dev/nfs rw nfsroot=10.10.10.201:/e/arm/root_images/root_sam9_fs/ ip=10.10.10.80:10.10.10.201
stdin=serial
stdout=serial
stderr=serial

Environment size: 343/131068 bytes
U-Boot>

...and here is message from u-boot
Code:
U-Boot> nfs
*** Warning: no boot file name; using '/nfsroot/0A0A0A50.img'
File transfer via NFS from server 10.10.10.201; our IP address is 10.10.10.80
Filename '/nfsroot/0A0A0A50.img'.
Load address: 0x23f00000

Timeout
U-Boot>

What could be the reason of error?
