Hi,

I am studying the source code of AT91SAM9263EK WinCE 6.0 BSP. It seems to me that the NAND size is limited to 256MB. According to bootloader_cfg.h, the NANDFLASH_CS3_LOGIC_BASE_ADDR is 0xE000 0000. This refers to only 256MB of NAND space.

If we use a NAND chip bigger 256MB, these functions at flash_at91sam9263.c may not work: EBOOT_ReadFlash(), EBOOT_WriteFlash() and EBOOT_EraseFlash(). Is this true?

Many thanks,
Derek
