The Adeneo page: http://www.adeneo-embedded.com shows support to boot CE from NAND, but the documentation and Errata states that it is not supported. Please clarify:
1) Does the BSP available at Windows4SAM supports CE booting from NAND? otherwise it is useless but for eval only.
2) If the answer to 1 is "true", please point me to instructions on how to do it: The document has a process for EBOOT (press 8 then 9 then download from Ethernet) but It doesn't work!!!
3) The documentation states that there is a time bomb in the free release of the BSP… is this true? Or just not updated documentation?
4) Where can I get the latest BSP? (I know this has been asked before but the answer points to the Adeneo page and that returns BSP 0.0.1, vs. 0.3.x at the Windows4SAM portal).

I am frustrated because I bought the AT91SAM9G-EVK and I was expecting to follow instructions and get the sample CE image loaded on it. But the documentation is not accurate and I am wasting cycles just to guess the settings.

Help me prove that the platform and BSP work together and then I will consider getting PRO support

Hello,

1) Boot from Nand is supported on SAM9G20.
    - partially: Firstboot & eboot in SPIDataflash, WinCE image in Nand
    - totally: Firstboot, eboot and WinCE image in Nand
2) If you want boot entirely from Nand (Firstboot, eboot & WinCE), you must also include the "Nandflash CS3 bootloader" item in the BSP catalog and reflash firstboot @0x0 and eboot @0x20000.
3) You're right, the documentation is not correct. Timebomb is no more implemented.
4) Now, the official way to obtain BSP is on Windows4SAM.

You're right about the documentation. We are currently working on the future delivery for ATMEL for many CPU's and the update of the documentations. Stay tuned on Windows4SAM for next release.

HTH
