Hi,
I have downloaded the Eboot.nbo and firstboot.nbo in NANDflash, I had also installed the BSP drivers in MicrsoftVisual Studio 2005 but I couldnt create the Wince OS image and attach it to AT91SAM9263 development board can any one provide me the relevant data sheet or help me.

What's the problem? Can you give some more information? Is it a compile error? Can you load the binary nk.nb0 that comes with the bsp?

Please check whether the BSP for AT91SAM9263EK is installed properly under PLATFORM folder of your WinCE600 installation folder, such as c:\wince600\platform
