I am looking for a USB WiFi Adaptor, compatible with WinCE 6.0.
It shall also support WPA

I know that USB adaptors which are RNDIS compatible wouldn't need an ad hoc
driver.
On the other hand it is not that easy to find out WinCE compatible drivers.

Can anyone suggest a candidate USB WiFi Adaptor with WPA compatible with
WinCE 6.0?

Perhaps you can try the US Robotics 5421, which seems to be compliant with WinCE, but we have never used it.
