Hello,

on some of our series-devices, nand bit errors did occur.
The devices left our facility in working state, but did fail
at our customers.

When loading the ce-image from nand, a ecc checksum error occurs,
and the device resets over and over.

Comparing the defective sectors with sectors from working devices,
it shows that single bits in single bytes in the checksum (spare part of sector) did change from 0 to 1.

When reprogramming the Nand, the devices work correctly.

Now my question: how can this happen and how can I fix this?
Thanks.
