System: AT91SAM9M10-EK
OS: WinCE6.0 R3 and BSP Adeneo 1.4

I would like to use the evaluation board in portrait mode:

I have changed the rotation key in the register to
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\GDI\ROTATION]
"Angle"=dword:5A

in this case the video decoder Htr8170 do not work well because in the reproduction on Windows Media Player the image remains rotated of 90degree and the video is bad quality.

Thanks for the help

I'll receive my evaluation board soon and I'm interested in testing the same function,
because my final TFT will be used rotated (respect the native resolution)... and hw video decoder has to work!!!
I suppose it's a fix to do at driver (hw video decoder driver) level...

Dear tecnors,
I've received the board and I've found the same problem:

System: AT91SAM9M10-EK
OS: WinCE6.0 R3 (and all the Wince updates till Oct 2010) and BSP Adeneo 1.4
Display rotation set to : 10E (270°)

The video playback is not working (the video is not rotated and it's flickering)
I've read in the M10 documentation (doc6355.pdf, chapter 46, page 1153) that the video decoder module support "image rotation", so I suppose that the module itself supports an hardware rotation, so propobably it's something in the BSP.
Adeneo is going to provide a fix for this?

Thanks in advance
