Can't read from SD card on custom AT91SAM9260 board

Hello,

We have problems reading SD card on our custom AT91SAM9260 board.
We are using AT91SAM9260EK_CE6.0_Source_v110.zip BSP from Windows4SAM website.

However, when we are using the GNU project "basic-fatfs-sdcard-project-at91sam9260-ek-gnu.zip", it does work flawlessly.
I have already compared the PIO settings of the GNU project and settings in SDMEMORY WinCE driver - they are the same.

Does anyone of you have any suggestion for me to try?

Attached is the output from the DEBUG port (I have added some debug messages to the original driver).
