We are running a Windows CE 6.0 system running on a AT91SAM9260EK kernel. We have been using this for a number of years but recently did some updates to the board to meet the latest CE approvals. The only change made to the board components was to change from USB1 to USB2 hardware. If we now run the board with the same CE Kernel the USB port is very unreliable with Activesync being very unreliable and even USB memory sticks having a high number of errors.

Do we need to change the CE kernel because we are now running USB2 rather than USB1 to get the ports to be reliable again??
