I tried to install WinCE demo on the AT91SAM9263-EK. I did everything by the manual. But I got an error when I connected by HyperTerminal:

Load CE-BOOT from FLASH to SDRAM
ERROR : Eboot Image is not valid.

How can I fix it ? Is this a problem with the board or the DataFlash ?

Your eboot.nb0 is not valid, try another one. Normally, you receive it in the CD of Atmel card. Make a search on it and get the more recent one. Take the Firstboot.nb0 too.
