Dear All,
I have problem in a customised board in which we have AT91SAM7SE32 processor,

1) THe PLL clock from ther board is proper and it is 48 Mhz.

2) USB Euumeration value from the board i am trying to send 6119 as VedorId and 03EB as Product Id and i could see this assigned during the setconfiguration os USB

3) But when it reaches the PC it is detecting as unknown device with the PID and VID as 0x0000

4) I use "at6124.inf" driver in my host.

Can anyone help me regarding this...

Thanks in advance ...
Yogesh

Hello Yogesh.

Have you put the driver files into the correct folder in your computer? I am using the USB software package from Atmel ("usb-device-cdc-serial-project-at91sam7se-ek-gnu", softpack-1.5) without any changes and Eclipse+yagarto on AT91SAM7SE512. My PC runs Windows XP and I put the driver atm6124.sys in C:\WINDOWS\inf and the file usbser.sys in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers and it works like a dream.

Another possibility is a hardware error where the USB lines have been mixed up, Windows sees that as a "unknown device".

I hope this helps,
Ólafur

Hi Yogesh

From your details I can't offer any specific help - it is easiest when using a USB analyser to see the details (eg. ellisys USB explorer or similar).

You could also take a look at the USB User's Guide in the uTasker SAM7X project and try running some reference code to verify the HW.
The guide is at http://www.utasker.com/docs/uTasker/USB_User_Guide.PDF.
