Dear at91 Forum,

I'm looking for a COTS component in order to choose the CPU for a On Board Computer of a Nano-satellite. I think that AT91M40800 is suited for my application but I've some problems because I have to know some information about radiation effetcs. I know that a Danish university (DTU) have design a small satellite based on the same processor and they have tested this processor in term of TID (total ionizing dose)...Is there somebody that has tested this processor in term of SEU and especially SEFI? (I hope both cross section and Let th).
