 Post subject: Use IAR4.41A and Jlink V8 debug AT91SAM7S64 in flash problem

When click the DEBUG ,
The problem has been shown :

The debugging session could not be started.
Either the debugger initialization failed,or else the file "D:\Program Files\IAR Systems\Embedded Workbench 4.0 Evaluation\ARM\config\flashloader\Atmel\FlashAT91SAM7Sx.d79" was corrupt or of an unsupported format.

Can you help me ?Thank you !
