Hi all,

I am using the Atmel SAM-ICE (segger) to program my device (AT91SAM7S256).
I am using J-FLASH version 3.58c from segger to program my device.
I know this is not the most recent software but it functioned perfectly until now.

A week ago i tried update the software on a board that uses the above device. The update (by software) of the flash failed. After connecting the SAM-ICE and reading back the entire flash i get the message "RAM check found 6 KB target RAM instead of 16 KB", i have never seen this message.

Has anyone seen this message?
Can somebody give me a clue wat is happening here?
I suspect that the device is at fault but i am not sure.

Regards,
Arno.
