I want to protect my code, yet be able to update is via USB sam-ba without having to physically jumper ERASE PIN. It appears that if you set the Security Bit, the only way to clear it is to JUMPER the ERASE PIN at power up?
Is this correct or is there some way to do it via firmware. It is ok if it requires erasing the flash in the process.

ALso, the lock bits only offer erase and write protection, they do not stop reading code. Is this correct?

Is there another way?
