i start to work with at91sam7s64.
iknow something about oscilator and source voltage circuiti find this circuit in datasheet for usb
but i don't know mosfet nomber?
can iuse usb voltage for my board source voltaage?

the mosfet part# is SI2301ADS-T1
We are using the same circuit that is in the eval board doc, works great.
If you don't have that doc, go and google "atmel doc6112". Check out page 22 of that PDF.
