Hi,

I'm new to the forum, and also in programming sam7x256. I use a SAM-ICE to program my device but after a while I can no longer connect to it.
Here is the message I received: "Unable to halt ARM core.".
I looked for solutions in the forums and found similar problems, but solutions have not helped. I tested and changed the clock, tried to perform a reset with different speed for the probe but nothing worked.

First, check the crystal if it is working, then value of capacitors should be correct, capacities connected to crystal are important. if it fails again, at last change the MCU chip with a new one. I solved my "Unable to halt ARM core" problem with these procedures. Hope it helps..
