I have been reading the AT91SAM7S Series Preliminary and have a question regarding the SPI status register TXEMPTY flag. What is the value of spi status register TXEMPTY after reset? The datasheet says that the reset value of SPI_SR is 0xF0 which means that TXEMPY is 0 but I would assume that it should be equal to 1 since SPI_TDR and the shift is empty. Am I missing something?
