hello all,

I have a question, when I work with SPI in DMA,
which flag can tell me when I finished my send?
I understand that TXEMPTY it's not the correct one, but I don't understand, the different between TXBUFE and ENDTX.

With which one I need to work?

thanks, chiko.

Hi,

If you want to transfer 64K data, you must check ENDTX. This flag is set when TCR=0. If you want to transfer more than 64K tranfer, you must check TXBUFE. This flas is set when TCR=0 & TNCR=0.

You will find an excellent ppt which describes PDC done by Atmel in attach.

hello jp,
the ppt you attached in your post seems to be one of them formerly called "self training" at the older version of this at91.com.
since the relauch of at91.com this self training section seems not be be available anymore. is there any place where we still can found them?

one more question regarding the ppt file:
on page 10 the following statement is written:
Memory to Memory transfers are possible using a free PDC
how is this done in practice?

thanks in advance
gerhard
