Find in attach a very helpfull small tool in Javascript.
I wrote this tool to compute, according to the Main oscillator frequency and the targeted PLL frequency, the MUL and DIV values you have to write in PLL register.
WARNING:
The calculated MUL value (from this tool) shall not be exactly the same with the MUL in PLL Register. You have to subtract 1 before to write it in PLL register.
