differnce between AT91SAM7S and AT91SAM7S64 or AT91SAM7S128

Hello Everyone,

I just got this board which is AT91SAM7S-HB.

I was looking on the net for header file or datasheet for AT91SAM7S, but
mostly there were only AT91SAM7S64 or AT91SAM7S128 available.

Aren't they all pretty much the same thing, but with different RAM/FLASH/PRICE?

I used magnifying glass, the processor on the board is actually AT91SAM7S128.

Thanks for the links I will go through them.

Would some one know if redboot is installed on those boards?
