 Post subject: AT91SAM7S256 Flash page accidentally erased

We have some board with the AT91SAM7S256 coming back from the field where the first page of the Flash is erased. All units we operating normally when suddenly they stop working and the first page of Flash becomes erased (all 0xFF).

Is there anyone that has had a comparable issue?
Anyone that has any ideas about what may case the first page of the Flash to become erased?
