How we can know Rev information of a microcontroller at run time if it is Rev B or Rev C microcontroller. I have read DBUG_CIDR register of AT91SAM7S128, on Rev B i got 0x270A0741 and on Rev C i got 0x270A0742, so basically bits [4:0] gives me 1 for Rev B and 2 for Rev C microcontroller. Is this interpretation is right or not.
