Hi,

The new revC silicon for the AT91SAM7S256 does not use as much power.

Although normally this is great unfortunatly the leakage current from the 5V tolerant inputs is enough to power the processor. This lifts the 3V3 supply to 4.2V.

We have had to add a 100R load to the 3V3 supply to stop this happening.

Anyone else having problems with the updated silicon?
