Hi all,

I am porting a program that was originally written for AVR32 chipset. The ARM7 does not have the __builtin_sats() DSP function that I need. Does anyone know of an equivalent function I could use or have the algorithm that could be converted to C code?

Thanks,
Rick

If everything else fails, you can observe the assembler code and try to convert it to ARM7 assembler.

Hi All,

After much more Googling I found the pseudo code for the sats function and was able to create a C base function that replicates the results well enough.

Thanks for replies.

Rick
