CS line mode in at91sam7x256

i transfer data between two arm micro(at91sam7x256),one of them as salve and another one is master CS line is alwayes low.if i want to cs line becomes high after each transfer what shoud i do ?

what interface do you use?
i would assume spi, is this correct?
do you use the pdc?

yes my peripheral is spi and i dont use PDC
