I just got my SAM7S64 dev board. I've been wading through all of the inline functions for configuring the chip. It's a great idea, but being new to the ARM world it's also a bit like trying to drink out of a firehose. So I was wondering if anyone had some C code to configure the UARTs so I can get my foot in the door with "hello world".

Hi,

Yes, you will find all you need on the CDROM provided with your board, specially some basic programs for the sam7s64-ek (section software & tools for SAM7S64-EK) such as BasicFlash example, where you will find DBGU configuration...

The CDROM is also available on the at91 forum on our ftp site ftp://at91dist:distrib@81.80.104.162/ !

Bye !
