AT91 interface to Crystal CS8900A Ethernet Controller

Hi

Looking at the timing diagrams for the cs8900a (using IO mode) it seems to indicate that the chip cannot be used with an AT91 with a MCLK clock greater than 20MHz. Does anyone have any experience of using this chip with an AT91 at clock frequecies greater than 20Mhz?
