ARM7 with uClinux??

Hello

first post here so here it goes.
I am interested in using the uCLinux operating system on an ARM7TDMI processor, the microcontroller i wish to use has 2Mb flash memory and 256Kb static RAM. The reason i am doing this is to impliment a TCP/IP stack, the board uses a CS8900 ethernet controller.
Can anyone give me any information as to whether this is possible?

I am also using the same AT91 device with uCLinux. Maybe we should help each other.

can u please put some comment on porting uCLinux on sam7x devices.
