Hello every one,

I work with the SAM3S-EK based on SAM3S4C. On port A, when i begin to configure some pin on peripheral C and i continue by some other pin on peripheral A, the first pin that I configured are not connected to the peripheral hoped. On the contrary, if i begin by the pin to peripheral A then the pin to peripheral C, all seems to be ok. I try this for other pin and other port, i have the same result :

- when i configure peripheral B or C berfore A; B or C are not connected
- when i configure peripheral C berfore A or B; C is not connected

Someone could explain me why?
