I will use the at91 library with the sam3u but can't find a full package of the library. I can only find pieces of the library in the example projects of the software package.

Is there anywhere a full library for the sam3u?

I've only found the version 1.5 (http://www.at91.com/index.php?option=co ... f=4&t=5420), but I think this is not the newest version, cause it doesn't support the sam3u4e-ek.
