I've purchased the ATSAM3U-EK recently and tried the example code for mass storage device.

The problem is that the usb device created is very slow (in the range of 100 kBs / sec) and it never reach 480MB/s.

is it a limitation in the example firmware?

How can I increase its speed?

Are you sure the USB code is running high-speed instead of full-speed? That demo code is also used on USB 1.1-only processors, so it might not be setting up USB 2.0...
