 Post subject: Differential ADC Samples

Does anyone have any examples of how to set up the ADC to take differential samples? I have been trying all morning without success.

I am using the SAM3X-EK and I am attempting to use AD2 and AD3 as my differential input. I have set DIFF to 1 for both inputs and tried enabling just AD2 or both AD2 and AD3 without success. The result in CDR2 remains unaffected by the AD3 input.
