how to download program to the board?

Hi, everyone.
I power on the board of at91sam9x25-ek , and then connect the board to the computer(I try windows7,fedora17 and windows xp) with the usb cable, but nothing
happens. So, what's wrong with it?

I believe you need to pull the SW1 jumpers if you want to enter ROMBoot mode and access via SAM-BA.

Yes, The small SW1 near uP and Flash chip. You can also erase first sector (Bootstrap), or whole flash. With empty flash the board will wait in ROMBoot mode after power up.
If you erase Bootstrap you will need to flash it again via SAM-BA or from SD-Card.
